Marketing content that travels well.

We plan, write, design, and localize the brochures, product sheets, and presentations your sales team relies on, in English and in every language your next market speaks.

Four services. One small team.

From the first outline to the last localized PDF, the same people stay with your project.

  1. Content strategy

We help you decide what to say, to whom, and in which markets before anything gets written. That means reviewing your existing materials, mapping them to how your sales team sells, and planning which pieces need to exist in which languages.

    • Content audits
    • Messaging frameworks
    • Market and language planning
  2. Editorial & copywriting

Clear, plain US English for brochures, product sheets, presentations, and campaigns. We write with translation in mind: consistent terminology, no idioms that fall apart abroad, and sentences that hold their meaning in another language.

    • New copy
    • Editing and rewrites
    • Terminology and style guides
  3. Print & digital design

Layouts built in Adobe InDesign with templates, paragraph and character styles, and parent pages. Well-built files are easier to update, translate, and keep on-brand, and we deliver press-ready PDFs along with the packaged source files.

    • InDesign templates
    • Print-ready PDFs
    • Interactive PDFs
  4. Multilingual content production

We coordinate translation with experienced external vendors, so you have one point of contact for the whole process. We prepare files, keep glossaries and reviews on track, and check every localized layout before delivery.

    • Vendor coordination
    • Glossaries and reviews
    • Localized layout checks

The things sales teams carry.

We focus on the practical materials that help B2B buyers understand what you sell, wherever they are.

  • Brochures

Company and product brochures, for print and for sending as PDF.

  • Product sheets

One or two pages, kept consistent across every product and language.

  • Presentations

Sales and pitch decks with a clear story and a layout your team can reuse.

  • Campaign materials

Ads, emails, landing-page copy, and event materials, adapted per market.

How we work.

A simple process, done carefully. You always know what's happening next and what you'll receive.

  1. Listen and plan

We learn about your goals, your audience, and the markets you're entering, then agree on a clear scope, schedule, and list of deliverables.

  2. Write and design

Our writers and designers produce the source materials in well-structured files, built from the start to be adapted into other languages.

  3. Adapt and deliver

We manage translation, review every localized version, and hand over files ready for print and screen.

How a multilingual project moves

  1. Approved source
  2. File prep & glossary
  3. Translation (vendor)
  4. Layout check
  5. Your review
  6. Delivery

About

Lumenreach started in Chicago with a simple observation: companies expanding abroad often bring marketing materials that were never designed to leave home.

Translated brochures that overflow their layouts. Presentations that use three different names for the same product. Campaign copy that only really works in English. None of it is anyone's fault, but all of it costs time and credibility in a new market.

So we do the whole job in one place: plan the content, write it clearly, design it in files built to adapt, and see it through translation into every language it needs.

Today we are a small, remote-first team of writers, designers, and project managers spread across the US and Europe, working with clients on both sides of the Atlantic.

Good questions.

The things people usually ask before a first project. If yours isn't here, just email us.

Do you translate in-house?

No. Translation is done by professional linguists at external translation vendors. We coordinate the whole process: preparing files, managing glossaries and reviews, and checking every localized layout before delivery.

Which languages can you handle?

Most of our work involves the main Western European languages and Latin American Spanish and Portuguese. Because translation happens through vendors, we can coordinate other languages too. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm before we start.

Can you work with our existing InDesign files and brand guidelines?

Yes. We can work inside your existing templates, or tidy them up so they're easier to translate and maintain. If you don't have templates yet, we can build them as part of the project.

What files do we receive at the end?

Typically print-ready and screen-ready PDFs for each language, plus the packaged InDesign files with fonts and images. For presentations, we deliver editable files in the format your team uses. The exact list is agreed in the scope.

How do you price projects?

Per project. After an introductory call, we send a written scope and a quote for the agreed deliverables. Translation costs depend on languages and volume, and we show them separately so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the number of pieces, languages, and review rounds. Every proposal includes a schedule with review points, so you know the timeline before work begins. If you have a fixed deadline, such as a trade show or a launch, tell us early.

Can we hire you for just one part, like copywriting or layout checks?

Of course. Many projects use only one or two of our services. Tell us what you need and we'll scope just that.

Taking your content somewhere new?

Tell us what you're producing, which markets it's for, and roughly when you need it. We'll reply by email.
